We take pride in ensuring results for our clients and strive to exceed expectations. However, we understand the importance of transparency, which is why we have a clear refund policy in place.
We guarantee to deliver between 10-20 high-quality leads per month as part of your monthly subscription. This ensures that you consistently receive actionable opportunities to grow your business.
If we do not generate the guaranteed number of leads within a billing month, you are eligible for a refund of the monthly subscription fee for that period.
Important Conditions :
Leads are defined as businesses or individuals who have expressed legitimate interest in your services and meet the agreed-upon criteria established at the start of the partnership. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us in writing within 5 business days after the end of the billing month where the guarantee was not met. Refunds will only be issued if the shortfall in leads is directly attributable to our service and not due to factors outside our control (e.g., lack of client cooperation, changes in target criteria, or insufficient follow-up by your team)
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:Leads were generated but were not converted into customers due to factors beyond Nifty Nest’s control. Changes to lead criteria after the campaign has begun without sufficient notice.Delays or unresponsiveness from your team that impacted campaign success.
